Contributions:

We are inviting contributions in the form of presentations, discussions, workshops or performances that address research being undertaken in the area of sexualities.

Although the core of the event will be based on the work of researchers from the Universities of Brighton and Sussex, and independent researchers from the wider Sussex area, submissions from outside of the region are welcomed, and links to other research networks and areas actively encouraged.

Contributions are welcomed in any area of sexualities research, which might include :

  • Arts and Architecture
  • Development Studies
  • Education
  • Health
  • Humanities
  • Life Sciences
  • Management and Information Systems
  • Media and Cultural Studies
  • Medical and Health Sciences
  • Science, Engineering and Technology
  • Science and Technology Policy
  • Social Sciences, including all related disciplines and subject fields
  • Sport, leisure and Tourism Studies

Contributions to the conference are welcomed as:

  • Papers
  • Workshops
  • Posters
  • Installations/performances/screenings
  • Discussions of personal research focus and agenda
  • And other alternative modes of representing work.

This conference aims to bring together researchers from a range of disciplines so contributions should be designed with a diverse audience in mind. Posters and discussions of research agendas were successful and appreciated last year and we would encourage submissions of this kind as well as other alternative modes.
